HESS International Educational Group’s inaugural Korean school is in Gwangmyeong City, Seoul, South Korea.
HESS Korea offers a trilingual learning environment, where students are instructed in English, Mandarin, and their native Korean language. Encompassing the core teaching philosophies of HESS, classes focus on developing a child’s love for learning by creating a dynamic and interactive classroom environment, where children are free to explore their learning potential to the fullest. This multifaceted learning environment ensures language acquisition through creative activities, songs/chants, role-playing, games, and much more!
Gwangmyeong is a city in Gyeonggi Province, South Korea. It borders Seoul to the north and northwest and has a population of about 340,000 people. A short ride away, Seoul is the capital and largest city in South Korea with a population of more than 10 million. Today, Seoul is considered a leading global city that boasts the world's sixth-highest number of Fortune Global 500 companies such as Samsung, LG, and Hyundai-Kia. Seoul is also home to more than 100 museums and various modern and historical hotspots. Whatever your preference for entertainment, there’s something for everyone in this metropolis.
In its early stages, HESS Korea primarily focused on programs designed for young learners from 2-6 years old. With two separate floors of facilities, the school also provides childcare during the day to future kindergarten students. The branch will soon open Tree House, ESL, and Kids World classes. Our branch has a team of Native Speaking Teachers and Co-teachers who are doing a great job teaching students and making sure the kids are adapting well to learning two new languages. HESS Korea’s branch boasts new facilities, including a library, a large play area for exercise, and a daycare center for children younger than yo-yo class age.
