Small-scale classes, with less than 24 students, give the teachers and students more flexibility. In small classes there is a lot more individual attention from the teacher and students have the opportunity to develop closer relationships with their peers and teachers. Our new concepts towards English learning are distinct from the general junior high school teaching philosophy. We care about the school exams and Basic Competency Test, but also the students' continuous progress in real language use. To achieve this, our courses have a better balance of listening, speaking, reading and writing.
A native English-speaking teacher and a Chinese teacher alternate the classes. Each brings their own strengths to the English class. The native speaker teaches solely in English. teacher gives students a sense of real world application. While the Chinese teacher is better equipped to help kids with their school homework and tests, explain complicated grammar and motivate students. They can offer after-class instruction for tests and question analysis. The Chinese teacher is in the class while the native speaker is teaching and communicates with students' parents on behalf of both teachers.
