Learning a foreign language requires an environment that provides students with ample opportunity to use it. Hess teachers use interactive teaching methods such as open and closed pair work, group discussions and role-plays to facilitate learning. Students are encouraged to actively participate in class.

Our small class environment well-organized curricula provide students with an efficient and comfortable learning experience.

Our program entails a complete learning proposal, consulting service and placement test.

All Hess general courses cover the four key language skills – listening, speaking, reading and writing and how to use these skills in the tests. Our materials are carefully selected to create fun and effective courses.

Students can choose between General English classes and Afternoon Tea courses.

General Classes

•	36 Hours per course
•	Covers writing, reading, listening and speaking

• Includes free revision classes in center
• Additional Guided Conversation classes

Beginner	General English 1-2	Students can introduce themselves and ask simple questions. They can write simple sentences and read instructions.
Elementary	General English 3-4	Students can operate by themselves in daily situations. They can make conversation and can write simple emails and paragraphs.
Intermediate	General English 5-8	Students can communicate comfortably in common situations and are comfortable in their workplace. They can write letters and emails. They can give opinions about common issues and solve problems.
High Intermediate	General English 7-8	Students are effective communicators in common situations and can function in complex and unfamiliar situations. They can read most newspaper articles and can write clearly organized paragraphs with arguments.

Afternoon Classes

• Short 15-hour topics containing 5 related sub-topics
• 5 topics at Elementary and Pre-Intermediate levels
